Return, Exchange and Refund Policy:
At Fashion Katta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewellery, we offer a clear and fair return and exchange policy. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and how to proceed with a return or exchange.
Returns
We offer a same day return policy on all items, excluding custom or personalized jewellery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within same day of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, including jewellery boxes and tags, must be returned.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) when returning the item.
Non-returnable Items:
- Custom, engraved, or personalized jewellery (unless defective).
How to Return:
- Email us at contact@fashionkatta.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
- Package the item securely, including all original packaging.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. We recommend purchasing insurance for higher-value items.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on most items within 3 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange your jewellery for a different size, style, or item, we’ll be happy to assist you.
Conditions for Exchanges:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, including jewellery boxes and tags, must be returned.
- You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for the exchange.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged unless they are defective.
How to Exchange:
- Contact us at contact@fashionkatta.com with your order number and details of the exchange (including the new item you'd like to receive).
- We’ll guide you through the exchange process and send you instructions on how to return your item.
- Return the item to us, and once we receive it and verify its condition, we will ship the exchanged item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at contact@fashionkatta.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no cost to you.
Conditions for Damaged/Defective Returns:
- Items must be reported within 2 days of receipt of the product.
- We may request photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging for verification.
Refunds
once the refund is approved by fashion katta it will be proceeed and credited within 5 to 7 working days to customers account
